We are thrilled to announce the addition of a MATHCOUNTS enrichment program to our afterschool offerings!

MATHCOUNTS is a prestigious and highly competitive math competition designed for motivated 6th-8th grade students. This program engages students across the U.S., helping them build confidence and foster a positive attitude toward math and problem-solving. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, MATHCOUNTS reaches hundreds of thousands of students annually, emphasizing that learning math can be enjoyable and rewarding.

We believe these years are a pivotal time to inspire a love for math and overcome any fears associated with it. Through MATHCOUNTS, students will enhance their problem-solving skills and develop a mindset that embraces challenges—setting the stage for greater academic and career opportunities in the future.

The program, led by Ms. Masefield, promises to be both fun and engaging, requiring focus and dedication. In addition to classes, there are competitions in the winter, starting with the school level, and then moving to the chapter, state, and national levels. Please note that students will be accountable for upholding our standard code of conduct throughout the enrichment course.

There is a maximum capacity for this class.
Registration will close November 14th. Enrollment will be confirmed via email November 15th. 

*Classes that coincide with basketball game days will be rescheduled.
