Pop Art Program - Closed
Join us for a bold and vibrant exploration of Pop Art, led by acclaimed artist Hally McGehean! Explore the bold and vibrant world of Pop Art in this hands-on workshop for rising 6th–9th graders! Inspired by artists like Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, and Yayoi Kusama, participants will celebrate and critique popular culture—music, fashion, sports, and celebrity—through innovative collage techniques. Using magazine imagery, text, and advertisements, young artists will create unique works such as laminated mosaics, plasticized collages, and decoupaged nesting dolls.
At the end of the two-week session, each participant will take home their one-of-a-kind creations.

My son had an amazing summer at Bear Camp! He loved his counselors and all of the fun activities they planned for each day. His favorites were the daily crafts, time at the pool, and the golf lessons! He can’t wait to return for more next summer.
